MS,
are you on an A1 or RS-1?
-
John,
Are the numbers you put for Rini's stock settings for the MPD ?. It is dated from May ,but includes, black and Gold fins, didnt all Rs-1 have the machined grey fin?. I am only asking cos they differ from Rinis settings on Rossi's site

I read on another forum that some of these skis have a soft flex, just wondering what #'s people have seen

Check out Andy's new site, some great shots showing his body position

Chuck, what you moving onto?

What fin and binding set up #'s ?
-
Rossi made this quote
"There is a huge difference when running a rear boot and a rear kicker. Mainly that in the pre turn when running a rear boot, you have a lot of pull on the rear of the ski. Binding position usually goes back when using a rear boot due to this pull. Fin also usually gets a small tweak as well."
Can someone explain this "pull on the rear of the ski" to me .
 Thanks

2000 SN with GT40 and Stargazer for me/vanillaforum/js/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-cool.gif

First of all check your segment times. Are you running the latest version. My original module would run 7.23 3 balls and then hall ass to get 95's. If its the new version you can adjust the times coming in to the course by changing the 1 and 3 ball bias in the settings. Stargazer will normally give a hot time without a skier on the back, not sure why yours is not the same

Joe,
Is that your 67" thats for sale? I guess you are liking the ski enough to commit to a 68". Any more comments on it?

Hey John, that water looks pretty choppy!, Hows the white ride going?

Looking at that photo, looks like D3 kicked ass /vanillaforum/js/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-tongue-out.gif

Cam,
Can you share any of those drills, thanks

I think trailing arm pressure is a better term than back arm, as there seems to be two trains of thought on what is the back arm.

The latest download for ZO has made the A setting the equivalent to the old C. It felt great to me when I skied it recently.

No it will not be a chip. It will either be a download ( via dealer PC) or they will exchange your module. No chips this time around. I have spoken to Eric at PP and extensively with the guys he tested with last week in Fla. It appears they are still a ways away from a fix. Its ok until you get into shortline or pull the big boys
-
Eric from PP was in Florida this weekend for testing . Word is the fixes didnt work and more work needs to be done on Stargazer.
-
Spoke to Eric and Randy today. They will send me a new module or If Jody is in the area, he can download the new software via a Laptop. Eric will be in Florida tomorrow to do some more testing to finalize the changes. Great guys to talk to , and as usual great customer service.

Well this week, got to test out my new Stargazer in my 2000 SN. There is obviously a software issue with it and we are back to skiing with it set to PP Classic. Slow times for first half and then the boat speeds up to give 16.95's. It works ok for lighter skiers, my buddy is 150 and his 22's and 28's were dead on, but when he got into 32 and starting working, the system was slow first half and then gassed up to give actual end times. I am at 185 and all my passes from 15 off to 28 off were slow at 3 ball, but ok at end gates.
Anyone else having similiar issues?, I will call PP tomorrow and set what they think.
How long do you think this rope is?
