  1. This is more of what I was thinking of. thanks
  2. What are you all using between your binding plate and ski. Just went to switch my binding to a new ski and what ever was there stuck partially to the ski and partially to the plate destroying it. What are your recommendations?
  3. I have been trying to make myself look where I’m going for the last 2 years. One of my primary things to work on. If I do it it makes a world of difference. Really helps keep my inside shoulder from dropping
  4. @Horton still using wetsuits in Idaho ..under my dry suit to keep warm?
  5. We have a floating course on public water. 99% of the time my wife and I are the only boat. Once or twice a year someone else will actually ski the course.
  6. Warning it hurts .. Bimini is a must http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h149/malibuowner/ear/IMG_1342.jpg
  7. p90x3 hey it does have a 3 in it. In just 30 minutes I'm getting a great workout in. Most people think it takes more time than that but it doesn't. Push ups, pull ups, squats, lunges, yoga, core, core, core, core, cardio. It has it all. I'm getting ready for the best ski season of my life!
  8. Not scientific but when we first tried skiing our lake it was totally choked off with milfoil. It was so bad we couldn't put a course in. We decided to put our course in early the next year before the milfoil bloomed for the summer. We put the course in and started skiing. Never had a problem with milfoil again. We have been skiing this lake for several years now and water quality is way better.
  9. @Brady this is awesome.. how about a update. Don't know how I missed this thread clear back in January. On January 6 I started my weight loss and work out routine. So far I am down 12 lbs. but better than that are the inches I have lost. Over 2" on just my belly alone. Diet is key but I feel working out is essential to become the person I want. You can do it in just 30 minutes a night ANYONE can find 30 minutes to work out.
  10. I am a close friend of Shawn's and had the the opportunity to spend some time with him a Couple weekends ago. It is miraculous that he is even alive. Even though he was able to leave the hospital Shawn has a long road ahead of him. Still praying for ya Shawn Dave Lemons
