  1. Not scientific but when we first tried skiing our lake it was totally choked off with milfoil. It was so bad we couldn't put a course in. We decided to put our course in early the next year before the milfoil bloomed for the summer. We put the course in and started skiing. Never had a problem with milfoil again. We have been skiing this lake for several years now and water quality is way better.

    Don't know how I missed this thread clear back in January.

    On January 6 I started my weight loss and work out routine.

    So far I am down 12 lbs. but better than that are the inches I have lost.

    Over 2" on just my belly alone.

    Diet is key but I feel working out is essential to become the person I want.

    You can do it in just 30 minutes a night

    ANYONE can find 30 minutes to work out.

  3. Have you just recently switched to the hard shells?

    What problems are you having?

    I get my front binding where I want it and then the back binding is jammed as close to the front binding as possible. Then all movements are done with both bindings.

    Skin cancer is not something to take lightly.

    I spent almost 6 months going through various surgeries to get rid of all my melanoma.

    I was lucky and did not have to have any further treatment but had I let it go I may not be alive.

    Linda has an old one that she doesn't use. I will dig it out and check on the condition. I was a little big for her so it may last him for awhile.

    It's one with the neo-prene bottoms with the baggy top.

  6. The best thing about the program is that he stresses that you keep track of the weight you use and that you go at your own pace. If you find that your legs aren't getting the workout you wantjust add more weight when needed. I couldn't imagine adding any more squats or dead lifts. I couldn't walk for weeks after I started as it was...
