  1. MS, I might have one in the shop. Shoot me an email tomorrow and I will check when I get in there. Thanks TS tadd at h2osmosis dot com
  2. Horton, I sent you a refill of Just For Men. You left your original bottle in Charleston, at Oz, at the Ski Tests. You should be getting it in a day or two! Happy Bday. TSÂÂ
  3. Oh yes, just an add on. All stops will be held on Friday and Sat (Prelims) with a night slalom and jump final on Sat night! Can't get much cooler than that!!!!! TS
  4. As I know right now there are 5 stops scheduled for 09. They were trying to do 7 stops, but 5 is where they are at, with the open possibility of more.  These stops are not a definite, but pretty dang close. Ackworth, GA Zachary, LA Placid Waters, MI Abbottsford, CA England California That is all I know for now, I am not at my comp, so I don't have all the info in front of me. There is more structure to the tour this year, in fact, that have a marketing/promotional/sponsorship manager, and if anyone is interested, I can get you in touch with her. She is a passionate water skier with a very good knowledge base of marketing, etc. The tour is always open for new businesses who think it may be a good way to help out there business. I realize in these times, a business owner may not be thinking of potential sponsorship, but this will be a great way to reach a very centralized target market. The webcast, is, as of now, a go, and will be a lot bigger and better, this coming year. I do believe, I will be behind the mic again, and I hope I will be able to guide you through the upcoming season capably. I will always be open for suggestions, questions, comments, anything. Whatever we can do to build up the sport, lets all get together, get behind it, and go for it. Skiing is one of the most exciting sports I know of, and I think more people need to see it the way we all do.  Thats all for now. Keep your eyes open for the 2009 Independent Ski Review. Coming soon to a Water Ski Mag near you, and online as well. More on that at a later date. Peace out. TS tadd at h2osmosis dot com
  5. Sorry MS, didnt mean to jump down your throat. Just read the post the wrong way apparently. Anyway, I emailed with your friend today and we are good to go. Long day, gotta love the holidays! No harm no foul. Thanks for the kind words at the end of the post. And yes, we stand by our customer service, and we do our best to make sure we take care of each and every customer as best we can. Happy TDay. Tadd H2Osmosis Sports 866.213.7993 tadd at h2osmosis dot comÂÂ
  6. MS, In fact I did email your friend back with my thoughts on the ski and I never heard back from him I am not sure you fully know what you are talking about and dont think you should post for all to see if you do not know the entire deal. I am all for taking care of my customers to the fullest and I do so with each and every customer I deal with. If your friend would like to send the ski back, I will do everything in my power to get him a replacement ski. But again, I did email your friend back and never heard back from him at all. Next time before you post, maybe you should get your facts straight. No hard feelings, I just don't like being called out on a public forum. Especially if the facts aren't straight. Please feel free to email or call me to discuss this further. Thanks Tadd Schreiber H2Osmosis Sports 866.213.7993 tadd at h2osmosis dot comÂÂ
  7. Cord, I think you just excited Horton more than his fiance can.

  9. Not to be soo sales'y, but being that I am a sponsor on the website, I think I am well within my limits. I do have a demo program on all skis made (except Goode and Fisher), and I have quite a few demo skis in stock, and although we typically do not do the demo program on closeouts, I am willing to do it for BOS members. I have just about every ski in stock right now, with the exception of the A1, which I am waiting on more to come in. Just FYI, the A1, RCX, Prophecy, and RS1 are not on closeout, although again, I do have demo's in stock, that are discounted. Shoot me an email or give me a call and I will take care of you. I can email you the Ride Before You Buy policy so you can see what it is all about. On top of that, we are proud of our knowledge of the industry and are more than happy to share it with all of our customers. If you purchase a ski from us or do a RBYB, our emails are open, phones are open, as well as video analysis. I can explain how it all works, if you are interested. As well, I am looking forward to the Independent Ski Tests coming up, which will be happening at the H2Osmosis Training Center in a few weeks. Stay tuned, as we will have some video of the tests available shortly after the tests are over. Giving you a peak as to the skis for the coming year. I know that some of you have bought your skis through us, and I appreciate it a lot, Darwin, you being one of the best customers we have. Thanks and hope to hear from you guys soon. 12. MNSkier, I also have Wing angle gauges for sale here at H2Osmosis Sports. Give me a call and I can help you out with that so that you can get your ski set up right. Thanks TS H2Osmosis Sports 866.213.7993.ÂÂÂ
  13. Kyle, From what I have read above, a 63" Synchro is the correct size. I like the Synchro a lot and have had a lot of success with new course skiers on it. I think it would be a good ski to get her on and let you slow down like you need to. Other skis to think about are the HO Siren, Radar Lyric, and Connelly F1X. Give me a call and we can do a Ride Before you Buy so you can test out the ski first to make sure you like it. I think we can get her set up on something that she likes, but in all honesty, I bet she likes the Synchro. Tadd tadd at h2osmosis dot com 866.213.7993

    HO new ski

This new ski looks to be interesting. Have spoken with Dave W. and Wade at HO about it. In fact, the MOnday following the Pro Tourney at Whitestone Lakes in GA, HO is going to stick around and have a demo day with the new ski. Wade will be on site setting up skis all day if anyone is interested. Email me and I will get you more details. No cost to demo the skis, just have to pay the club guest fees per set for fuel. ts tadd at h2osmosis dot com
  15. We had Karina ski with us at H2Osmosis last year. She was just coming off her hip injury and within two weeks of skiing solid, she was running 38 like 28. And got herself through 39 a handful of times also She is definitely one of the future stars of the sport, and by future, I mean NOW! She rips it! Oh yeah, and she can jump about 160-170 also. Not too shabby. Looking forward to seeing her rip up the Pro Tour this year. Would not be surprised if she got a win or two at some of the stops. Also, if you have not seen Momentum, she has the best crash on the video, BAR NONE. MC Pro in Charlotte last year. First pass, running it easy, and then going from 5 to 6... Boots release off the ski and she takes one of the biggest diggers I have ever seen in my life. It is in the "Crashes" section. Check it out, it is repeated over and over again. Didn't phase her though. Next Round, 2 or 3 at 39. Yeah, she is pretty good. TSÂÂÂ
  16. Horton, Apparntly you may have a man-crush on some of these guys. I did not hear you say one thing about the ladies. You can be like the Nascar girls and show your chest every time the skier makes a turn near you. Who knows, you probably have a better bosom than most of the Nascar Groupies. If you cant get what I am trying to say without saying it, MANBOOBS! Keep talking your smack here on your message board. We will see who has the last laugh on the webcast of all of the Pro Tour Events this year. But, in all seriousness, you are on the right track with your thoughts above, except for one of them. That one is not exactly correct. Dirty South 4 EVA! tsÂÂÂ
  17. Horton, Have you ever watched Pro Wrestling? Laugh if you want, but you are describing a "Face" vs. "Heel". Wrestling may be obnoxious, loud, etc. but look at where it started from and where it is now. Vince McMahon is a pretty smart dude. They are selling out arenas all over the world and more importantly making a mint off pay per view. Last night they even had all 3 pres. candidates on there for about a minute each talking. Seriously, think about it. I would totally root for a "Heel" over a "Face" or vice versa.  This idea has some potential. tsÂÂÂ
  18. Good Idea John. Dont think I am swing that one though. I can do it for skis and boots though, just dont think gloves fit in that category. What I really want to know is how to get a sweet picture everytime i post. Tell me how to do that, and DO NOT GIVE ME ONE OF YOUR PICTURES!! I can do it myself.
  19. As weird as it is, I like the Pro Champs from Overtons, and I do not, cannot even sell those, so take that to the bank. I like having as little material on my hands as possible. They used to be SUPER CHEAP from Overtons, but I think they got the point, as now they are $44, I think. The Masterline Weekenders are another good one for not tons of material on your hands. The coolest new glove I have seen out, is the new HO Taction. Very simple, basic. Will Ashers Sig. glove. I think it is pretty thin, but strong. So, it wont be as disposable as the others I mentioned above. The new Prophecys are pretty hot also. They altered them a bit, as last years were not totally correct. This years are on point. The Overtons, at one time, were like 15 a glove, not anymore. Made them disposable at the time. I am going to test out a pair of the Tactions, and if anyone wants to know how they are, email me and I will give you a report. Maybe, I should try out all the gloves and do a report? Any interest in that??? ts tadd at h2osmosis dot comÂÂÂ
  20. I have just started skiing this year, the past 2-3 weeks. At a new site, behind a new boat. I was lucky enough to have Zero Off in our boat last year. We used it sparingly, as it was not offered in most tournaments, so before tourneys, we went to PP. At the new site I am at, the club has just got its 08 boat in, with ZO installed already. It has recently had the update put in as well, so it is the latest version with everything. Although, I have not jumped behind it yet, I have slalomed. My first sets of slalom (week(s)-2 weeks worth of sets) were mainly free skiing and feeling things out. Recently, I have made my way through the course. Yesterday, things started to feel like they should. Started off with ZO on "B", skiing 36 mph. Bounced around a bit, and settled on A. I agree with JDarwin, that it feels very reminiscent of hand driving. But, in all honesty, it felt just fine, nothing too crazy different to anything else I have skied behind. Granted, maybe I do not pay enough attention, or maybe I just don't get that involved, as I feel like I have a lot more to concentrate on, than just the boat. I see a lot of posts on other forums, and likes and dislikes of the new systems. My thought is, both systems will have things to work out. For now, just ski. 99% of us out there, have a lot more to worry about with our own skiing, than to sit there and blame the boat on a bad set. SELF INCLUDED!!!! I understand, that we want the boat to work with us as much as it can. But I also understand, that skiing can be adapted to the driving too. Not saying that everyone should have to adapt, but what do you think has happened over the last 10+ years of skiing. Everyone has adapted to the way PP has felt. Now, something a bit different comes along and people freak out. Change is good, it means growth, expansion of the sport. As of right now, the new ZO system feels good. Going to try to get a set with SG as soon as I can find a boat with it. Would love to see if I can feel any difference with that.  Just my thoughts. Hopefully going to get on the water this afternoon. May just end up free skiing and doing big sprays!! That is the most fun part anyway!  Tweak On Horton, Tweak On!!!! Tadd tadd at h2osmosis dot comÂÂÂ
  21. Open Letter to Ball of Spray message board: I am sure all of you are aware of the upcoming Pro Water Ski Tour this season. Many people, including myself have been hard at work since last year planning and organizing the upcoming Pro Tour. There will be 7 stops in all including: H2Oz Pro Swerve (MM, OW, OM Slalom) Michigan MC Pro: (MM, OW, OM Slalom) Ohio MC Pro: ( OW, OM Slalom, OM Jump) NC MC Pro: (MM, OW, OM Slalom) Diablo Shores : (MM, OW, OM Slalom) Cory Pickos Superstars (OM, OW, Tricks and Overall) LA Night Jump : (OM, OW Jump) Most all of the stops are planned to be webcast by Proskiers.com in association with Webcast-TV.com I would love to hear your thoughts on the upcoming tour, as well as any ideas/thoughts on procurring more sponsorships for the Tour or single events. Obviously, getting sponsorships is one of the hardest things we have been dealing with so far. I am open to all CONSTRUCTIVE comments, suggestions, ideas, etc. Feel free to post on the thread or email me direct with your comments. Thanks, Tadd Schreiber tadd@h2osmosis.comÂÂÂ
  22. From H2Osmosis Sports: For those of you who I have not contacted yet, I wanted to let you know about some exciting new changes. I now have a new site about 6 miles from our old site. I will start using this site toward the end of March, but I will be doing my coaching at Trophy Lakes until then. I am really excited about the new site. It will be a great setup and I think you all will enjoy it greatly. Of course we will have a 2008 Tournament Team MasterCraft, a couple of great drivers, and I will be coaching as well as Tom Henderson, who will coach in my absence and help with other things like setting up skis, offering additional help on the shore with technique and coaching, etc. We will have a small satellite shop on site where you can pick up gear you may have forgotten to bring or just have interest in purchasing. We can also have things either drop-shipped from our main shop in Georgia to your house, or to us in Charleston during your stay. I will have ski and boot demos available from most manufacturers as well. It is going to be a skier-focused training center, but we won’t forget the fun.  Please let me know if this all sounds good to you and if you want to keep your booking as it is. I will have directions available via email very soon. And for those of you who are wondering, there was no falling out with the guys at Trophy Lakes. We are all friends and things are good. I just happen to have this great opportunity and think it is better for my clients (that’s you of course), my family, my business, my staff, and myself. I can’t wait for you to come and experience it-great training and great fun in Oz…H2Oz!  I look forward to hearing back from you.  Also, don’t forget we have the rooms in the rental house on Johns Island (just minutes from the site) available for reasonable rates. The cost is $70/night for a regular room (with a shared bathroom) and $300 for 5 consecutive nights (2 of those available), and the Master Bedroom (with a private bathroom) is $90 per night or $400 for 5 consecutive nights. There is a $20 cleaning fee for each stay (not each night). Let us know if you are interested. Also, please reconfirm if you previously have emailed to reserve a room. I have them all down, but it never hurts to double check.  Thanks. Looking forward to skiing with each and every one of you.
