  1. Great tip! I try to change edge at the wake but that doesn’t work very well until the turn radius is dialed in correctly to give you the initial speed needed to allow you to ride the arc of the handle out to the buoy. After A Lot of fiddling I think that I’m getting close.

Thanks for the post, I have it saved for next season as a reminder.

    Keep them coming!

  2. @thager , I can speak for a rff skier, my answer would be that it turns hard on both sides and makes width very easily. I’m on an ‘18 EVO that I Love, but had I tried the Alpha first I would never have tried the EVO.

Don’t get me wrong, Love my EVO!

  3. Z box works well once you get it dialed. I don’t ski behind ZO very often although our lake has plenty of ZO boats to ski behind. Last night I rode behind a brand new Prostar with a 6.2 in it and I didn’t notice any difference between the new boat and mine. I was presently surprised. Be patient setting it up!
  4. A buddy of mine left me his 68” Alpha. I was really surprised at how comfortable I was on it from the 1st pass. Very solid! It turns hard and is very symmetrical. Probably the best offside that I’ve experienced on any ski.
