  1. Here's my 2010 F-150 with the old 95' Ski Nautique.
  2. @wish i will get more pics this weekend. I did the template myself and sea dek did the pads. I Got rid of the back seat and combing pads, lost a lot of weight. Sea Dek was kind of a pain to work with though, terrible customer service and took forever. But it turned out great.
  3. The old 95'. She's a beast with the original GT-40.
  4. The old 95'. Original GT-40, Best sounding boat around.
  5. I've skied behind the new Prostar and plenty of 200's and in my opinion no way are the pull, wakes, power, comfort and quality worth 7-8 times the value of my old 95' with a GT-40 and Stargazer. They are beautiful and don't get me wrong I would love to own a new one, but I truly think manufacturers are going in the wrong, unsustainable direction. $40K seems realistic for a new direct drive without the bells and whistles of the wake boats, NO - towers, ballast, tower speakers, lights, racks, storage, seating, stereo systems, surf systems…..
  6. Very nice. Always loved the ''N'' swoop.
  7. Well thanks again for all the info. I ended up picking up this beautiful 95'. 260 hours with the GT 40. All white, inside and out. Really happy.
  8. Good news. This 95 has the GT-40 with 260 hours. Very clean boat. Hoping to get it around the 10 - 11 grand mark.
  9. Thanks guys. Grew up behind a 92 Nautique so no stranger to the hull, and my scores were / are always the same behind it compared to the newer 200 or 197 prostar. Think i'll swap out the 3 blade and add some bow weight and see.
  10. Hey all, been lurking around here for around 5 years or so and always seem to find great info and tips. Looking at a 95 Ski Nautique that looks like a great deal on a mint boat, but I know the wakes are a little harder and throw more roost than the 97+ TSC1 boats. Anyone have any recommendations on cleaning the wake up a bit? Prop, weighting the bow etc... I understand its a different hull but looking for any kind of improvement. Mostly to help out my 11 year old at around 28 mph. Thanks
  11. I will try and get some pic's up of my plate. Once again I love the bindings, but I think the plate needs some improvement, not stiff enough. My fall was nothing out of the ordinary, and only a couple sets on them, and had significant damage on the plate. Someone else must have some experience with this happening.
  12. Hey guy's, been reading this forum for a while now and just joined in. Lot's of valuable info and expertise to learn from. I recently picked up a new 68'' RS1 w/ RS1's to boot, no pun intended. Love the ski so far, huge difference for me over the MPD, more stable, faster, not so twitchy. The binders are also great, super comfy, no more foot cramps. I should mention though I had only a couple sets on them when I hit a ''roller'' at 4 ball and came out the front and did not release (rear heel was about half way out) and I bent the plate to a 90 degree angle under my back heel. Also tore the rear binding screws(under the heel) through the plate mounting holes. The plate remained attached to the ski screws and all but the rear binding was flopping around. I know the plate is supposed to flex independently, but it sure seems like alot of play/flex under the back binding, and about 9'' or so between the inserts. I'm not pumped about putting screws in my new ski so I am thinking of adding some dual lock under the rear plate to stop this from happening again, and not going as tight with the laces. Anybody had this issue yet? Any ideas on a fix?
