  1. Mine does the same thing Matt. I've re-mapped it at least a dozen times (in both directions), swapped the puck plugs, and I don’t have any error codes showing up. Our course was surveyed and its perfect. I’ve never been able to get a definitive answer to your question.
  2. I trained with a HRM for a few years and found the biggest advantages to be you get immediate feedback or your real work effort, and over time you'll become more aware of your physical state of being.  On training days that I was tired, stressed, or hadn't eaten correctly I'd see a definite increase from my normal heart rate range.  After a while I became really aware of my level of effort and stopped looking at it much.

Here's a link to an article written by Mark Allen (6 time Ironman champ) about heart rate training......this is what sparked my interest.

    Great tools, have fun.

  3. Sounds like Dave Miller is running a shallow setup.  Something like 2.440, not sure on the lenght or DFT. Said his boots were slightly back, but is sounds like he plays with that a lot depending on the site.  Maybe you can get in touch with him for specifics??

  4. Yeah, 11's should work.  I'm a size 10.5 and 11's worked perfect.   I've got a set of size 11 RS-1's I used for a year-1/2 and a pair of size 11 Strada's I wore for 20 sets +/-.....I'll make you a deal on all 4 boots, cheap!
