Just so there’s no misunderstanding, Thomas sent me an email with recommendation this morning. Good to go.
What size did he recommand and are you ordering from Stokes direct ?

@jedgell I am leaning towards the Stokes but am not sure if they are long enough or if I’d be medium or large for that snug course fit. I asked here because someone may have a better idea for the tall thin guy options.
Will get my Stokes Velocity X in 2 weeks and can let you know.I ordered an XL and i'm 6'2'' 194 lbs.
Edit: FWIW I ordered from Miami Nautique website,Perf don't have the Stokes vest. It took 17 days,2 text messages and an e mail from Thomas Asher to have them ship my vest. They did apologize.
The 2 weeks delay is because i'm in Canada and i had the vest shipped to a friend in US who will bring it across soon.Saving on Intl shipping and taxes.

23K views so far. They must have done something right.
I'm happy the TWBC team made something that isn't a copy of the Flow Point work Marcus has done. I'm also happy to have some waterski content to watch as I get rained out today.
Pretty sure i saw @MarcusBrown name in the film credits...I love his FPtv stuff.

The change to cats was January 1,0 2011. Not exactly sure if it was order date or start of construction, but I remember the local promo guy giving me a call in late 2010 about it. The 2011 boat I had that was used at the Masters had Cats. I sold it with 1800 generally trouble free hours.
6 liters?
Edit: By the way, congrats on your work for the U21 ! Great webcast with big improvement! Keep up the good work,we appreciate it!

Does the 2012 ZR6 6 liters have Catalytic converter ?

Nice clean install! Congrats!

Many big names not making the final and it looks like many US skiers making the trip to Europe this year.
That's good!

When does the rest of movie\video coming out? Who's behind the camera?
Does look like Flow Point TV...

Brackish water ?

Link on the Botas page didn't work for me either. Just retried it.

Why does a gas gauge work in a car and not in a boat is a fascinating mystery for me.

Congrats to Team Chile for the 2nd place, showing that, with hard sustained work, a small and remote country can compete against the best.
Mostly because of the Miranda's ski school you think ?

I just don't believe this statement. If Whitney or Regina, or any pro skier, male or female, is in a tournament, skiing in that "zone" where they are skiing to their ultimate ability, and they get in a position where they could possibly break the world record, that they just sandbag it because they aren't behind their sponsor's boat? I call BS on that. I just don't believe any pro skier would do that. They may never be in that position again. I just don't believe they would do that.
Ask Jacintha...

I'm almost certain someone is repairing those ZO units display. Saw something recently here...or was it on FB ?

A friend of mine recently spoke with a guy who has a 1983 MC and has 6000 hours on the engine without even having a head off. Doubt that a 6L will make it that long, but maybe.
That's a LOT of hrs! That would be on a 351 ?
Would be happy to get another 5-600 hrs before dropping new engine.

If it's well maintained the engine should go for at least another 1000hrs without serious maintenance, it's commonplace to see double that here in the UK ex ski school boats
The guy had is own lake for 10-12 years and was 20 minutes from the dealer and all maintenance was done there, paper works to proove it.

Already have a trailer.
Been fixing things for a living all my life so ya,things will break.I'll fix them.
Anyone know how much for a NEW 6 liters ? @Jody_Seal
Wish i could afford something newer but...it is what it is. My 94 Prostar is at 1975 hrs and still gave me a great pull at 6:30 this morning!
Anyone has a 6 liters with high hours?
