My course is on a small but public lake.I don't think the BB would last as long as a regular bouy with the PWC and other wallys running over them.

I found a local 196 for him.2004 Limited with the 330,trailer,440 hrs , asking 27k and he got it for 25.5k,no sales taxes since he bought from a private.Very clean boat!

A guy on my lake is looking for a 196 and kind of put me in charge of it.He's looking for year 04-05 low hrs and up and we're in the northeast(Quebec) but will travel down the east coast for the right boat.

When did CC changed from the TSC2 to TSC3 ?Any slalom wake differences between the 2?

How many packages were available? SE,LE,Limited?What was the differences in the packages, both $ and options?

Is the 330 powerfull enough or should he looks for boats with the 343 only?

Feel free to chimes in about anything i should look or avoid while shopping for a 196.

I will point him to this thread so if you want to post links to good deals or your own boat, go ahead!

I will! I'm at stock settings ever since i got the Strada.

2 sets tonite,water is 58 and the ski is not turning like it should or was in August.

But ran a nice 32,second one in the drysuit...My main problem right now is that i'm getting to the bouy line earlier then ever and i don't know how to handle it so i missed some passes because i was turning BEFORE the bouy...

Very very comfortable for slalom skiing!

Only regret was why did i wait so long to get a drysuit?

I also bought a neoprene hood and yesterday was my first set with it.Beside the wind whistling sound,it's another great piece of gear for cold water...

I just got my Strada 3 weeks ago! Can't buy another one!!!

Did you ski good in front of Andy? 

Got my ski signed by Andy this last thursday with a black Sharpie on my Strada.

After only a set ,it's already starting to fade...

Thinking of masking the rest of the ski and spraying clearcoat over the autograph...

Bad idea or is there another trick?

How about an overhead monorail?Lot less energy needed to move the dolley over the water then under...No more wakes!!!

Or a tracer wire in the course mainline that a captor on the boat would follow?

Ok,another thumb up for my new 67 Strada!

Only 4 sets on it and it feels great!Already skiing above my average (4-5 @32 off) with less efforts.

Wasn't sure about the 67 ,6'2" 195 lbs,but it turns so easily it's impressive and accelerate better then my 07 Nomad RC for sure.I hope it's gone get me deep into 35 before the end of the season.

Ran 2 nice 32 off tonite!(Don't laugh,it's not often for me!)

What speed and lenght were you running?What was your setting and how much do you weight?
