  1. I think the best bimini's are made by Justin at Custom Covers in Salt Lake. They mount OVER the tower so you can stand up. And there are no tie downs going down the the sidewall of the boat. Here's a link : http://sewlong.com/folding-canopy-top.html
  2. Double ditto on @rq0013 comments (at 28 off for me).
  3. That really does look great. And you put it on yourself?
  4. @Marco, I don't believe the dates have been set yet. But rj60's email address for Wade is correct.
  5. I skied with Wade last year on his Hall of Fame tour in Idaho. I second what you say about him. One of the most enjoyable days I've ever had on the lake. He's coming to Utah this year so I'll be skiing with him again. Garn

@Waternut could you give me a bit more detail of "hook it up to the cooling lines going to the exhaust manifolds"?

    Fresh Air Exhaust

@colo_skier‌, I would love to see some videos whenever you have them. Was it difficult to install? I would think Malibu's wedge would be a bit more tricky than Moomba's wakeplate.

@colo_skier, thanks so much for the input. I have a Moomba LS with the wakeplate in back. I would LOVE a quieter boat! I take it that you installed it yourself. Correct?
  9. Is anyone familiar with this? It sounds like a pretty good idea. I was wondering if anyone has it on their boat or skied behind a boat with it. I would love to make my boat quieter. http://www.freshairexhaust.com/ Garn
  10. I'm looking at this picture of Nate. It looks like he is basically out to the buoy line yet he still has both hands on the handle. He's beginning his reach but still, at the moment, both hands are on that handle. It almost looks like he's turning in to go around the buoy! That probably helps explain why he has such tight line tension throughout his runs. Makes me realize that I really need to hold on to the handle much longer before I reach. You know, I'm good at observing things like this. But I'm terrible at applying them to my skiing. Garn
  11. So @Brady, hows the Winter and how are you doing towards your goal? We are on the downhill slide to Spring now!
  12. Will Andy take and coach skiers who are on something other than a Mapple and who are not interested in changing skis or in even trying one of his skis?
  13. A course in Jordanelle? I've never been there when I had good water. Either the wind was blowing or boat waves from other boats or both.
  14. @klindy, I was in the process of posting Chucks video but you beat me to the punch! And yes, Chuck wins!
  15. Hey @Brady! I'm with you. I have a goal to get from 184 to 175. I swear by weightwatchers. I went from 193 to 180 on it last year. I've gone up a bit. I want to get to 175. I'd be a lean, mean. skiing, lovin, machine!
  16. For those Lake Powell and Mead trips, I think this would be great! I want one!
  17. Crashes would be brutal with heads banging together! The person in front will have to pull the teeth out of the back of his head from the person in back.
  18. Seventy Five bucks seems like a LOT for such a small thing.
  19. Two things: 1. After watching video taken of me two weeks ago free-skiing at Lake Mead, I realized that how I pictured myself looking in my mind is not even close to how I actually look in video. Geez, I suck! 2. Sometimes out at the ski dock there is too much drama and political crap going on between some members of the club. We all need to remember that when it is all said and done, waterskiing is suppose to be fun and we should enjoy it while we can. Ski and let ski! Garn
  20. Another vote for the Adrenaline baggy. Mine is 7 years old and looks like new. I've never had to replace the seals or anything.
