  1. Try stretching. When I ski a lot I have extreme hip pain in my back leg. This year I have skied more then I have in years, but what has allowed me to do so is stretching after skiing. I spend about 20 minutes stretching after skiing.
  2. What #’s are you guys using on your Elite? I’m 155lb skiing on a 65.5, running 35 off about 80% of the time but with a lot of slack. Using factory #’s and no wing, LFF. I get the same slack with the wing at 7 or 8.  Without the wing I have a better gate, ski seams to let me turn in easier. Would less DFT be the proper adjustment???
