  1. hobby/workout…..that’s why I can’t get good at anything…I ski, have a drag car, bicycle and do P90X!



    Saturday: biked 57 miles, went to the race track Saturday night



    Sunday: did P90X X-stretch and skied one round



    Monday: P90X chest and back



    Today: skied one round and P90X plyo-X



    I’m not very good at any of it, but have FUN at all of it!!!!


      
  2. Feet stayed warm! It’s going to take a few sets to get use to them. I have not molded them yet and I have not got my super feet yet. What works best, putting the super feet in the liners or under the liners? I would think under. 

  3. Just got my first pass in on my 65.5†Elite (15 MPH wind) and new RS-1 bindings (I’ve always used rubber), skied just has well as I do on my 09 RCX. Little windy, cold, wetsuit, new ski and new bindings i'm happy.


  4. I have hip pain when I ski everyday. It’s my right hip (rear hip). Chiropractor said it was my nerves in my lower back. I have an inversion table that I hang on everyday…seems to help, but if I ski everyday nothing helps.
