  1. @Stevie Boy .. Have to disagree about the C75 being a Stallion. I have found mine to be one of the easiest, most forgiving skis ever. The ski just does whatever you tell it to do and has NO bad habits. You simply tune it the way you want it to perform, and is NOT sensitive to fin changes. I am so happy with the C75 I am finding it hard to switch to the C85. Probably will out of curiosity, but not any time soon.

  2. I do believe the future will be the electric boats..As far as Tourneys go, they will have plug in interchangeable battery packs, so not anymore downtime than 6 gallon gas cans.

Years ago when gas went over $4.00 a gallon, we had 2 Hummers and a Viper. Gas bill was enormous. We switched to Hybrid SUV's and now Plug in Hybrids. Best move ever. Instant power, and with 48 Panels powering our house, no electric bill and the vehicles get charged. Could not be happier. Just waiting for an electric 200.

  3. I agree, just wish our current administration would quit approving Russian pipelines, and closing down ours to cause gas prices and transportation costs for all goods and groceries to sky rocket. The cost between regular and premium is now significant.

Does it make any sense that after we finally reached energy independence we would just, give that up...Please explain why we now want to pay more for everything !!!

  4. The USG Handle was the best I have ever used. I too wish I would have ordered a dozen when I had the chance. For the last 2 years I've been using the ML Ergo which is a close 2nd. I know of no other choice, so it is what I'll be using for the foreseeable future.

  5. First broken ankle was hitting a sunken coconut in my slalom course on the Wailua River in Kauai. Mid 90's on Animal Bindings. Switched to Powershells after 6 month recovery.

Second broken ankle was on the Turnpike Lake at Okeeheelee just when it was getting dark. At 35off, coming off one ball, just past centerline, a large gator surfaced right in front of me. Just like hitting a large log. Flipped the Gator over, as described by my Daughter, but I hit the water so hard and fast that it broke my nose and my front ankle in 2 places. When I asked the Doc how long before I ski again, he said you should be asking me if you'll ever WALK again...Lots of PT for over a year and a half before I could ever ski again with a fully taped up ankle.

  6. Some months a go, I had an Aerobatic Pilot Friend of mine who wanted to move to Fla. to an Airpark Community and have a place to ski. I had recommended Buckingham Airpark in Ft. Myers, where every home has a built in Hanger, it's all Sport Aviation enthusiasts, and a 15 min. drive to Eden Lake. I had no idea this was about to happen. To say I feel bad is an understatement. I only hope they will somehow keep this open. All I ever heard was great things about Eden. Plus I Love that area of Fla. and have great memories there.

  7. My Wife, who worked on the "Tiger King" Show, was just offered a six figure income to work full time for Netflix either out of their New York Office or Jackson, MS office...I told her to pick Jackson. Trying to figure out skiing locations. I know Canton is about 26 miles North. What do you Guy's know about skiing opportunities and real estate in those areas...Thanks
  8. @JAS ... You can expect the easiest, high performance ski you have ever ridden.. You could put the fin on backwards and still exceed your expectations....The ski simply does what you tell it to do with no bad side effects... Fin settings are simply Good, Better, and Best !!!

  9. If you read my post above it explains usage of whips I used in Hawaii. Although our docks were wooden, they were floating docks. The docks had to be able to raise up and down due to tide effects. Worked great, especially since my Nautique sat sideways across from 3 ball in the Slalom Course.

I don't see any reason you could not use stainless bolts right to your metal dock.
