Sunday it was 91 air and 79 water at Spring Mountain Ski Ranch in Arizona.

Spring Mountain Ski Ranch has a tournament Sept 23 & 24th. You are about 1 1/2 hours from Scottsdale. I will be there all week long and could pull you a set or two. Russell

I am glad to be able to follow an event that is on the other side of the world. They keep stating that Moomba is the largest and most prestigious event in the world. However this webcast makes me want to turn it off! Commercials right up until the skier is pulling out for the gates. They are interviewing athletes right after they have finished skiing and they either play commercials or have a camera angle that is behind the interviewer. Something will have to change in order for me to want to tune in again for this event. I agree that we are spoiled with TWBC, they certainly have done an excellent job at presenting our sport exceptionally well. Thank you TWBC

This Is the strangest webcast ever. Anytime they are not in the course they play commercial's while they continue to over talk them. The camera work from the boat is so bouncy it almost makes me nauseous.

This is a tough one for sure. We held 2 tournaments this last year after not having any at our site for over 10 years. We were excited to have more this coming year but our HOA is gong to have a hard time with taking on this liability. Also, we now would need to purchase additional insurance over the sanctioning fees that we would already be paying? That is BS for sure, maybe the sanction fees need to be reduced then.

It has been over 10 years since Spring Mountain Ski Ranch has held a tournament. This last weekend brings back to life SMSR. Perfect conditions and great people. We are proud of what we have done at the property and I just wanted to share with the ski community.

Ha ha @Horton just think of it this way, anyone could get several of them for the same price as any one of the upper end slalom skis.

@Horton It really does not get much easier than The DJI Mavic. It folds up and is super easy to pack around. as a beginner it has a bunch of fail safe functions built in and as you get a bit better at flying the sport mode will keep up and pass the boat at a max speed of 40 mph. After some time of flying you will find that there are other controller apps like Litchi that will allow you to program in way points by the simple touch of the screen that allow full autonomous flight.
