I truly am "Born to Ski" living in Ewe-Tah also I have skied over 100 days this year already, now that includes the winter ski days but hey skiing is skiing frozen or aqueous! I am always looking for what i think would be a great place for a man made lake or where a new Mtn run could be made. Not a day goes by without thinking about skiing. When I leave the lake or Mtn I am already thinking about the next trip out. For me its not the buoys its the turns.

I love my new HO FreeRide, and it was purchased just for big rollers and and windy chop on my local lake.

Just getting my 8 year going this year.

 

As long as we are geeking out I do still have a 48GX ! dont use it anymore but I have it.

Took my 69 freeride out to the lake this morning but not much luck. On our local lake when the wind blows we get giant rollers coming in. I was hoping from one to the next like skiing bumps in the winter and on 100' rope that is a lot stretch and pull at the handle. When they say this ski is designed for big lake skiing i dont think that is what they had in mind :). Better luck next time.

John what size are you on. I am on the line for the 67/69 and I went for the 69 because of the slower boat speeds. Kind of second guessing myself. I ride a 67" theory @ 32mph

I also could not get the Vice to fit me and they began to rip out from trying. I still have a pair that were used a few times if someone would like to try them I would gladly pass them along.

I use my my ProLocks at the start of every year until my hand strength comes back.

Never had a strap problem with either pair and the masterlines have a few years on them.

Chest size does not mean much to me. I need some way of factoring in belly size. :) I have a dicky-do.

Just got mine but have to wait to ride it.

 

Just picked up the HO Freeride today but can't get on the water until tuesday. Can't wait, it will be a long weekend and a monday but first thing tuesday morning. This sounds like the perfect ski for me as most of time is spent bombing big turns on my radar theory now.
