Some of the best information yet, thank you for sharing. The over-reliance of volunteers overall is a major constraint. I'd take it a step further, don't even include the course, just get people on skis. Or majorly support public water courses.

@LeonL thank you. I guess if people aren't going to comply, maybe they take the initiative to request a refund proactively, or once they are not able to enter a competition. Refunding money that has already been allocated/spent will make more of an impact than loss of future memberships.

Will membership refunds be offered to those who do not comply after the deadline? For example, anyone who purchased a multi year membership prior to this going into effect, as it was not part of the agreement/understanding at the time of purchase.

You all have voiced your opinions, been heard, argued for and against, and at this point you're just continuing to complain because you don't feel like you were heard, where as @MDB1056 points out, it was heard, it just doesn't matter. You're continuing to complain and state that you're leaving, and then get mad when people say, "Ok, bye".

They lost a main and critical employee earlier this year. They may still be catching up from that. MSN has always been top notch to deal with. Performance, Miami Nautique, and Wileys keep me on the water.
