  1. Sorry - the link failed: It is here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1L_h2KuyiHAr2Ecu2I1hRo-CX5H7Cpd3MRFB5Q5W3YCI/edit?usp=sharing
  2. To spice things up a little this year we have created a WhatsApp Group for those interested at our club to post their scores for a Daily Ski Challenge. To keep things fair, you post your Off the Dock Score (OD) then Total number of buoys run (TB) plus the emoji of your choice eg 4@14 16 :) to your WhatsApp Group. This info gets entered onto a simple Spreadsheet each day after everyone has skied and there is daily winner for OD and TB. We then added a Head to Head for the top 8 skiers for the first few days which runs alongside (Using the daily posted scores) so every set you have really is a Tournament Set. This is so simple to set up and administer that it may appeal to those who don't fancy proper tournaments. A link to the Scoreboard is here so you can see how simple this is to administer. Obviously, as everyone just skies as they normally do, it relies on honesty of participants but it is great way of competing but without the formalities. Thought it might be of interest to groups who ski together but at different times.
  3. Thanks for your comments and help Guys. This post led directly to a flurry of interest in the ski and an immediate sale to a lucky new owner.
  4. I am curious. I have been trying to sell my 2021Denali c85 for a few months now for $900 including shipping (from UK). It has been used less than 40 sets and is in beautiful, as new, condition. It has been listed on skiitagain and waterskibay but there has been no interest whatsoever. I am prettty puzzled given all the amazing reviews and feedback for this gamechanging ski.
  5. If you are good enough to worry about fin settings, then this ski is seriously holding you back. I had two of them in a row and then switched to a new generation ski (at the time "D3 Nomad") It put around 9 buoys on my score overnight. At that time I was running the course at 32 mph and was stuck. Now running into 35 off. You can pick up a used HO A1 or A2 or S2 for next to nothing and they will transform your skiing! More buoys = more fun!
  6. Well Done John. Some fab shots. Wish I could have been there.
  7. I have Nikon 70-200 VRII on a D90. I find that it is quite often open to 2.8 when shooting slalom. But even when not, it is the quality of the glass in that lens that makes all the difference over a kit lens. See my pics on www.precarious.co.uk You will never be satisfied with the results until you have the quality glass. Good luck.
  8. Yo! or Oooooh Kay ( In Yorkshire accent...sarcastically!)
