  1. Have to comment about the Wakeboarding being easy. I guess maybe as a beginner, but not as a Pro. I think Bruce mentioned he is at the Masters. eMac did you watch the Men today? Wow! 1080’s and dbl flips! Not to mention how huge they go. Pretty awesome. I am sure all the Pro skiers know that what the Pro Wakeboarders are doing is anything but easy! Pretty incredible
  2. Yes. I missed lots of things in the video that should have pointed out not Adam Caldwell. Hair ( ha), Ski, pullout grip, CP at top of video. I got a good laugh out of making the mistake. I can’t take myself too seriously at my age. Someone did say wrong foot forward. But I think I was right there, Adam is a lefty too I believe
  3. Ok. Sorry my bad! Needed my stronger glasses! Didn’t notice the CP on the video. You have to admit though, the video isn’t super clear. But yes, you’ll have to give me a mulligan on this one. Sorry CP
  4. Yes. Just did it. It is simple. Just make sure you have a separate receipt for Trailer and Hull. So if it is 30k go 27 and 3 or whatever. Make sure all VIN #'s are correct. I also got receipts notorized. But apparently not needed. Also good to have copy of ad to verify price. Get insurance on Boat before trailering it home, and you will need. Transportation permit if previous owner doesn't leave his plate on for you.
  5. Just sold our 99 bubble back and bought a 04 196. My Wife skis 32/15 and I am 34- 32/35 off. Both of us noticed the Wakes being noticeably softer/better behind the 04. I was pleasantly surprised of the difference. I wasn't expecting it. Also we always ran our 99 with no back seat and under 1/2 tank of gas.
  6. Eric. if you look at the title of the thread, it says Slalom Wakes. Not Slalom and Trick Wakes, or all around 3 Event Hull. I was quite interested to here opinions on the 2 even though I know it is minimal .

I have not slalomed much behind a tsc-3. So I would like the thread to continue as a Slalom Wake thread. Maybe start a different one for trick Wakes. Interesting, my son used to 3 event at a high level as a Jr before going to Wakeboarding and his best scores were behind the tsc-2 Nautique Wake.

I do remember playing with the length of rope for toe turns though.

  7. Interesting that my first impression of the 200 was less than impressive also. Super hard wake at 28 off. Maybe it was hydrogate problem? I love the Bubble Back 97-01. But do find the wakes behind the TSC2 02-06, slightly softer. Haven't skied behind a TSC3 enough to form a strong enough opinion.

Also as far as maintenance , I do like 2004 and newer for ease of impeller change with serpentine belt, and pump location

  8. I don't hear too much talk about Steve Raphael. Not too sure why? I haven't seen him ski, but looking at his scores, he seems like a fantastic skier not only for his age ( which must be pushing 70?) or for any age for that matter.
