I switched from powershells to a reflex front and 1/2 boot, back. It works perfectly, and allows for rear leg/ankle movement w heel support.

I spraIned mine some time ago. It took a solid year of strengthening before any normal stability was evident. Arch is now perfect again. It is what got me into jäger/fluid motion hard shells in 2003ish, and away from animals. Now I ride reflex front and remi style rear boot.

Make sure your gloves are not ripped, handle/rope are not breaking, avoid slack line hits, and google lateral/ medial epicondylitis and follow the regimen for treatment.

I just switched to HO empire gloves from obrien elites..the difference is amazing! You can feel the boat in your hands differently. Almost more directional with how the angle of pull is placed. Definately worth trying and thanks to Lou at www.miamiskinautiques.com for the suggestion!
