  1. If you don’t have compression socks, get them. They will really help with the swelling. Blew my ankle up 10 years ago and compression socks, aso brace and Pt all helped immensely with the healing.
  2. Think of building a strong tug of war stance. You would want some knee compression and balance over both feet. If that doesn't work I will adjust your fin for you.
  3. Agree with BB and Shane's comments. Stiff legged and leaning is no way to go thru life. If it weren't for the exceptional driving you benefit from on a regular basis, you would be stuck at 22 off. Don't equate leg flex with skiing passively and you will be fine.
