But it's SeaFair....everyone should be falling off the log-boom drunk.
Oh, and....Sammamish is going to be no good for skiing this weekend, so might as well stay home.

Quit being such a p*ssy.....soft hands.

And I thought we were going to talk about Dewars Scotch!!
Sky was yellow and the sun was blue, 90 degree temps here at Lk Samm!

Version 6.4
Lake was blown out this morning (white caps) no ski.
-
Likely will ski in the rain tomorrow morning too!

Non-Stargazer version of PP. It is on a 2001 196.
Skied in the wind with chop on Saturday and then in the rain on Monday. I have yet to adjust my PP to RPM and calibrate.

Wow guys.
Yes, snowboarding is my main thing, not necessarily skiing the course. I am a professional at construction, not slalom skiing.
I ski in the cold water in the mornings before work. I try to be as competitive as I can....
I am pretty serious about slalom skiing.....just not very good (I don't live in Florida, have a real job and prefer heli skiing to boats)
I will ski your fancy ZO boat and your PP in recreation mode.

Yes, there is a course I have access to, but I doubt it has magnets.
Yes, I have done the system reset and placed the PP in RPM mode...a few years back
I will have to make pretty crack calibrations....no GPS, no magnets.
Thanks for the feedback.

I have the wakeboard pro, 3 event.
Sounds like I should make the change to RPM mode.....just will need to calibrate.

What is the concensus from the group regarding Perfect Pass RPM mode or MPH (paddle wheel) for open water skiing and occasional course.
I am just defaulting to the wakeboard mode on the paddle wheel....set at 34.2 or 34.3
I know that it should be set up proper, but just don't want to hassle with it.
Should I put in some time to set up the RPM mode? I have done it in the past and it pulls better.
Thanks

Pretty Funny....

Big powder weekend here in the Cascades, only skiing of the frozen type!
Come back in a few weeks and we'll ski Sammamish. It's a balmy 50 degrees
-
Not Lake Sammamish....but let me tell you, the late season on LK Samm has been phenomenal.
Too bad though, boat comes out this weekend for the rain.

Front binder is about 29.25"....and the back is snug tight with a bit of an off-set to 1 o'clock. (LFF)
Seems to be a great set up for me.

Shane,
What does "split the bindings" mean? I am riding the S2 slightly forward, wing at 7 or 8.(not sure based on loose measurements)

I always drag the guys when driving just a moment before putting down the hammer. Whether they ask for it or not, I think it is better on the skier.
I also think it allows the 9 and 2 position(depending upon stance) of the ski to start the rotation to 12 (looking at the clock). I recommend a short drag prior to the throttle.
Patience is key.

Not sure about this similarity, but snow skier chicks are typcially pretty hot.
Snowboarder chicks are typically dogs though.

I'm pretty amateur on water....but pretty f*ckin' rippin on snow.
Here in Washington, we ski in the winter and do water sports in the summer. (at least that's what I do)

I am using the Nevins right now, pretty good. I prefer a minimal glove (in the palm and fingers) without a lot of padding or kevlar or whatever.
Check to see if Wiley's has them....I know that is where mine came from.

Lake Sammamish says 66*....not sure I believe it.
Air temps were 46* yesterday and about 50* this morning. Lake was total glass though.
Thank goodness for the hot water shower!
Pacific NW Ballers, the Broho Wednesday and Broho Saturday tournaments are next week

Wish I could make it....
Lake Sammamish was great yesterday morning.....but, again....don't go there it's too rough.
