  1. Thanks for the responses! All fixed, 80% of the problem my back boot was stupid loose. Ive been on Venoms for years and I didn't pay any attention to the double lacing system on the new Attacks. 20% keeping the ski on edge. Thanks again!
  2. I changed from a 69” HO Triumph to a 67” HO CX Superlight. The first 6 sessions on the ski were amazing. The acceleration, smoothness over the wakes an how forgiving it is far exceeded expectations. During my last few sessions the ski has gone violently squirrely. As Im getting ready start the cut through the entrance gates I’m just hanging out, watching the bow of boat and making sure I'm wide enough and it feels like someone suddenly grabs the tail hard and shakes it, nearly causing me to wipe out. It completely goes away in the course. Im a 15off skier working at 34mph but start at 28, 5’10, 173lbs. The fin and wing setting are what they were when the ski came out of the box. I took the wing off but it didn't help. Ive tried more back foot pressure then more front foot pressure to no avail. Our lake has warmed up about 10 degrees in the last few days was I going to fool with fin depth, but I think I've just picked up some bad habits and am ignoring something much more obvious. Any help understanding what causes this is appreciated!
  3. I realized a long time ago that I was fatter, uglier and slower on video, but still find it helpful. We mount a GoPro on the ski bar and leave it on for our sessions. The GoPro wide angle lens doesn't allow close up technique assessment, but shows major form and timing. Sometimes we never look at it, but we do flip through it if we cant figure out whats wrong, or had a spectacular wipe out. The GoPro's battery life and 32GB memory card are good for about 2 hours.
