    I have a brace that does not allow you to straighten your arm all the way out. It's not a fix, but it seems like it will get me thru the rest of the season. Rehab this winter. Ask your ortho Dr. The brace is adjustable.

    Which ski vest gives the best protection for ribs. I'm wearing an Eagle now which is light weight, but I need more padding in the rib area. A couple of hard falls have got me looking.
