  1. I’ve been doing a lot of coaching for beginners learning to run the course and we usually put them on an HO TX or similar crossover ski. The crossovers help a lot with stability at the slower speeds and longer line lengths but can just as easily be used at a competitive level as well.
  2. I'm about your size and have only been jumping for about a year and a half. I first started on 72'' skis to learn how to ride over the ramp. They worked incredibly well for me as a beginner. When I started jumping about 50ish, I switched over to 80'' Goodman jumpers. The larger surface area of the skis (once you know how to stick the ride overs) helps you to start single cutting and pull out those landings.
  3. These videos would be so useful for a beginner trick skier and I would love to see other more advanced tricks as well! Thank you (to the people who made this video) for dedicating your time to help others in the waterskiing community. Also thanks to @gsm_peter for posting this for everyone on BallOfSpray. :)
  4. Just wondering how often you change your Dual Lock. Also, do you change it on both the ski and the plate every time? I am changing mine now and the plate Dual Lock doesn't look nearly as bad as the ski. I am going to do both.
  5. I have a GoPro Silver+ and I would like to mount it on my slalom ski with a regular mount. I put a mount on the ski in the middle of the bindings and tip before, but all you could see was the sky. Where should I put the mount on the ski so I can see in front of me with the camera?
  6. That's awesome. I hope your cause succeeds.
  7. Thanks for the help, can't wait to start the new season!
  8. I am a boys 2 skier with a pb of 4 at 30 mph at longline. I am wondering if I should continue at longline until I get to my max speed of 34 mph or should I switch to 15' off?
  9. I have learned some of the basics and need to know what to learn next. My current run is: SS,R,B,F,R,R,O,R,WB,WF,R,R,TB,TF. Should I learn LB,LF,WO,WBB,TSS,TWB,TWF next? What order is best?
