@horton & matt, you are both correct.
-
@horton, thx for fixing the sideways pic. The real challenge would be to fix the way I ski.
-
Take 2. Puts me out of the running I know...technologically challenged.
-
Manti's girl ( smokin' hot) and I waiting for the ice to leave.
-
@Horton, you just need to put some Kilo Kai in your morning coffee. Smells good, tastes great, but hinders any ideas of off season accountability. You can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning.
-
Another reason to go to the liquor store...this is truly a great site!

That 123 number is about 6x what I paid for my 89 bfn new. I'm shopping for a 196 w a zr6 now. Can't bear the thought of buying new anymore.

I'm starting to wonder if the lake will freeze this winter. Supposed to be 50 or so later in the week. Might have to get out the Harley.
-
BOS..the site that gets you by the balls.

@dbski and skibrain, I started in the Skimmer 45 ( still have it) at about age 14. Built a couple DN since, the DN is great fun. I run a "stock" rig. Always a good time. dbski, really nice boat! I appreciate the ice info, will email soon.
-
@dave2ball, really nice! What motor?
-
@dbski, down 131 to stateline then west on 12. About 25 minutes east from ND. I'm hopeful for good ice. What are you sailing?
-
@dbski, I hope you have a good iceboat season. I'm on the edge of the lake effect belt, our seasons are always up for grabs. Let me know if you get a good weekend.
-
Snowboard a bit and sail the DN when the ice is good.

I'm struggling w this too. Kinda hesitant to buy w/ out a test ride. Boat is immaculate in pictures. I can ask to run in the driveway, but I'm not sure it covers all the bases. It'd probably keep me sleep deprived until spring.
-
I had one of those suits that zipped then the tail would fasten with those metal button type fasteners. We were sure it didn't get any better...
-
To be awakened each morning by the sound of the boat idling at the end of the pier on a sheet of glass.

Thanks for the input. Maybe the local dealer will let me demo a pair. I have a narrow foot too and hadn't considered the vector might feel loose.
-
I just got a new Senate C. I was thinking the Vectors w the sequence plate. Not the Strada, but don't know that I really need them.
-
@Richard. Thanks the welcome. I'm learning quite a bit from you guys.

Hi guys. Long time reader, first time poster. I use free weights and dumb bells . I'm 52 and find the more exercise I get the better I feel. I focus on range of motion in everything pushing and pulling. Technique is important to avoid injury. I push one day, pull the next, legs and bike the 3rd day.
Aluminum Slalom Boat maybe soon
