slalomdude
I am going to fit my carbon fin into my Nomad. I am running stock on the original fin, should I go stock settings on the Carbon fin. Any suggestions ?Thanks in advance
Old MS Accout
Stock works great on my monza with a 106. Start there and move if you need.
slalomdude
What differences did you notice with the carbon fin, I guess its different from ski to ski
Baller Director Darwin Posted June 26, 2007 Baller Share Posted June 26, 2007 Start w/ stock settings on the CBR. I assume you have either an 88 or 106. You may find w/ the 88 that you have to run it a bit deeper (2.523 for instance).  I would place the 106 at stock settings. I believe you will find that the CBR blade tames the turns as the rope gets shorter. Let us know your findings. slalomdude
Thanks Joe, I will try the 106 at  stock. Hopefully it will help me be more consistant at 32 off.!!
Old MS Accout
As JD states, it tames the turn short line and also helps pull off that hudge turn when you need it to get back in line. It seams to help keep more tip in the water after hook up.
