TBW Conversion ?

May be a dumb question, but I'm no mechanic....

What would it take to convert a fuel injected motor, 2003 Mastercraft TBI, over to a throttle by wire. Is this possible?

Team USA coach Mike Meek has a 2006 nautique with zero off. Dropped an 08 engine in to get it. Sold the old engine. Not sure on the cost/ dont think it was more than 10k.
