Administrators Horton Posted July 1, 2011 Administrators Share Posted July 1, 2011 Because of some crazy handicap abnormalities in the last month, I am considering a rule change. In the past the rule was last years USAWS average. I want to change it to the last 12 months average. This is more admin for me and easier to screw up but I think it is more fair. Comments?
