Klundell
Jenny broke her foot just a few days before the start of the CrossFit Games Open. But still did the first workout on one leg and she crushed it! I only got 1 more rep then she did on two good legs. (The guys weight is a lot heavier but still!) Very inspiring. Baller Chef23 Posted March 12, 2013 Baller Share Posted March 12, 2013 I just watched that again it is insane. Talk about mental toughness to go along with the physical strength. I am not sure I can do a single one legged burpee.
Baller BraceMaker Posted March 12, 2013 Baller Share Posted March 12, 2013 That boot she's wearing ways a few pounds too. That'd make the old hip scream.
Baller_ Wish Posted March 12, 2013 Baller_ Share Posted March 12, 2013 ignorant but interested. Would someone explain how these competitions work. I see the timer, the sheet of paper with stats after and her mentioning which exercise stage/level/number it was going to be. Video seems to also be key. Is the video and stats then presented to a board or judges off site and then compared to others.?
