Baller addkerr Posted December 8, 2013 Baller Posted December 8, 2013 Picture just popped up on my Facebook. Nate on a Reflex?
Baller addkerr Posted December 8, 2013 Author Baller Posted December 8, 2013 @Waternur that is a good observation haha
Baller ral Posted December 8, 2013 Baller Posted December 8, 2013 Wrong foot, no sponsors stickers, and that shell does not look like it can fit his foot...
Baller Chef23 Posted December 8, 2013 Baller Posted December 8, 2013 Plus it has an HO RTP. Even if he went Reflex I would think it would be a D3 RTP.
Baller davemac Posted December 8, 2013 Baller Posted December 8, 2013 Well below was the pic from the Worlds a couple weeks back. T-Factor front boot, but I'd love to know what type of RTP that is. It looks like the footbed has some contour to it, but the strap is fixed....just what I'm looking for. The only contoured footbeds I can find are the one size fits all ones with adjustable/bungee straps...which I do not care for. When kicking in, the tongue just flexes forward...making it tough to get a tight fit.
dave_n Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 @davemac it's a standard HO fixed RTP. It's the only RTP I've ever used. miaminautique.com.
Baller davemac Posted December 8, 2013 Baller Posted December 8, 2013 Thanks @dave_n I was actually referring to the RTP in picture of the worlds (3 posts up)...the one that looks to have an aluminum silver plate. I am familiar with the HO fixed plate...only wish for one with a bit more thickness and contour to the foam bed (I've got some high arches). Ideally looking for something like the bed of the Radar ARTP without the adjustable strap.
eurosport Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 @davemac I use a Connelly pivot RTP and it has quite a nice foot bed. http://www.waterskis.com/Connelly-Pivot-Rear-Toe-Plate-p/connelly_pivot_rtp.htm
Baller davemac Posted December 9, 2013 Baller Posted December 9, 2013 @eur0sport ....yup, that is what I'm looking for. I spotted that recently (but they only have S or XL). There doesn't seem to be any Mediums or Larges around. I'm not sure if Connelly is still making them.
eurosport Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 @davemac try calling these guys maybe it says they have all sizes in stock http://www.waterskiworld.com/water_skis/connelly-pivot-rear-toe-plate.html
Baller ral Posted December 9, 2013 Baller Posted December 9, 2013 @davemac, I know really well the guy that took that picture... Looked better with the two girls on the side.
Baller davemac Posted December 9, 2013 Baller Posted December 9, 2013 @ral yeah, I just grabbed it out of your recent post, and cropped it down to hopefully show the RTP. With full credit going to your buddy....I deleted the cropped photo from above post, and here is the entire photo (as the father of two girls....I can appreciate the value of the full pic)....
Baller ral Posted December 9, 2013 Baller Posted December 9, 2013 @davemac, I took the pic and the girls are my 6 and 4 year old... Here is the complementing picture, to have all the slalom gold...
