I'd say average air temp is in low to mid 40's and water temp about the same. But if you don't mind drysuits, you could pretty much ski year round. The lake has iced over before, but its very rare. @Chef23 Annual HOA is $1,000 per lot. Then as an owner, you pay a per set fee of $7 to use the boats. And...some world class fly fishing practically out your back door. I've drifted that section many times and never knew how close I was to a ski lake.
