Lake Minden resort

I was out for a drive yesterday with the family and I saw signs for this place so we decided to go by and check it out. Of course the first thing I thought when I pulled in is , this place would make an awesome waterski site! However it is just a large RV resort with paddleboats canoeing and fishing. Talked to the guy at the register office about the lake and he did say that sometimes the hold special events like mini hydroplane boat races. The lake is 4 feet deep and has great wind protection. All I could think about was how this lake would be so awesome to ski . With all the amenities like the large RV camping areas , cottages the restaurant , the store I think this place would be great for a big tournament. Pained me to see this big beautiful potential ski lake with only two paddleboats out on it!
