After skiing very poorly Thursday morning I noticed that both of my Strada bindings had tears down the back seam, luckily I have a pair of RS1's on a backup ski. Bindings are 2012 model that I picked up spring of 2014. Used them a couple of times in the fall and all of this year. Took them back to the local pro shop, ( Skier's Pier), around noon to see if anything could be done under warranty. Thinking that I wouldn't hear back from them till after the holiday weekend at the earliest. Well I was very wrong about that, around 5 that afternoon I got a call from the pro shop that I can come in and pick up my new pair of 2015 bindings.

Same thing happened to me this spring and I had no problem getting another pair
