Baller BRY Posted August 4, 2015 Baller Share Posted August 4, 2015 G-10 It's light, flexy and thick enough to hold screws flush
Baller Mick04 Posted March 19, 2017 Baller Share Posted March 19, 2017 Reviving this thread. I have a size 12 Reflex carbon plate. The front has bent up, and I notice some fatigue marks around the front screw slots. Does anyone have experience with the large G-10 plate? Reflex was not offering the G-10 in large a few years ago when I bought it, but they do now. Others mentioned the same problem with aluminum plates, has anyone tried a Wiley's aluminum plate and drilled it to accept Reflex components? Baller teammalibu Posted March 19, 2017 Baller Share Posted March 19, 2017 G-10 Is not light! But it is stiff and durable! i dont think the reflex carbon plate holds up as well as G-

Baller gregy Posted March 19, 2017 Baller Share Posted March 19, 2017 When I was buying my Reflex from H2O pro shop they recommended G10. I the largest plate and have not had problems. I wish ski manufacturers would start giving us another set of holes for the front on the reflexes. Denali said they did on their mounting plate. Baller mmosley899 Posted March 20, 2017 Baller Share Posted March 20, 2017 @gregy I have suggested that the ski manufacturers add the additional inserts/holes that are already used on the trick skis to their slalom skis to better accommodate release systems. Baller lakeaustinskier Posted March 22, 2017 Baller Share Posted March 22, 2017 Thumbs up for the G10 plate. I have a Goode XT and the rear inserts are super wide and don't fit any other plate pattern. I've had @teammalibu build me several G10 plates and they've really worked out well. Mike does a great job.
