Baller Ryota Posted January 8, 2016 Baller Share Posted January 8, 2016 Is it enough warm to ski in spring at around 50-60 degrees with this BLACKTEC 1.0 MONO LONGSLEEVE PRO SPRING SUIT? I have never wore any camaro wetsuits. Why so popular among many skiers? What do you like about camaro?
Skiwoodgate
Thats what I skied in when it was cool last spring pal. They're great, so so flexible and a really good fit. Hope to see you in a couple of months! @Ryota
Baller gregy Posted January 9, 2016 Baller Share Posted January 9, 2016 The deal with the Blacktec is they have a thin coating on the outside that blocks the wind. My old shorty would actually make you colder when sking due to evaporative cooling. The Blacktec doesn't allow this. However the coating is very delicate so you have to be carefull when putting on. For me at 50 to 60 degrees I'd be using a full suit. maybe the 2.0 Blacktec full. The other problem I have with shorty blacktec is the rear leg fills up with water when getting up. I'm going to have to figure something out this spring.
Baller Ryota Posted January 9, 2016 Author Baller Share Posted January 9, 2016 @Skiwoodgate I am thinking to buy one at Bennett! I'll see you soon !!! @gregy I think I'll go to 2.0 Blacktop full then! What is the difference between 2.0 Blacktop full and MODETEC SKIN PRO OVERALL FULL SUIT? Why is Modetec so expensive?
