Slightly fractured Humerus

Anyone have experience with a slightly fractured humerus? Ran over 5 ball and fell forward and to the side. To tell the truth I don't know how it happened. Trying to get into my ortho but it may be a while before I see him. I can use it but I can't lift it over my shoulder height with out pain/discomfort. If anyone has experience with this and how long I could be out for I would appreciate it.

The only time my arm goes above my shoulder is after running a PB

Good luck on your recovery ! A Power Vest will get you back on the water sooner if pain is holding you back. I am almost 11 months post shoulder surgery ( labrum , rotator cuff , and clean up ) and without the vest I end up in bad pain and chance of aggravating repair.

May be the supraspinatus tendon that got slammed by the humerus into the acrimony process. AKA rotator cuff impingement and or tear. This usually goes fast than the humeral head unless it is a older person with osteoporosis

Ice often and rest without exacerbating the familiar symptoms.
