How far back should the RTP be from the front boot?

Maybe your rtp is a little big for you? I always keep my rtp as close to the front binding as possible and foot as far in the rtp as I can get it. Never touched the front binding before.... Do you have a way of tightening it?

I ski with a RTP and it all depends on how the setup and comfort is. My plate is up against the front boot plate. Best advice, install and ski and find where it feels the best, just have your tools handy. Same procedure for adjusting fin settings or anything. Good luck!

The spacing is somewhat personal. But I think the starting point should be a toe or toes just barely touching the front boot if you jam forward on it a little. Then try other spacings just like any other adjustment parameter.

all personal preference. I used to have my toes touching my front boot. Mapple told me to space them out a little to give myself a bigger platform. I am slightly more spaced now and like it, but for years my toes were scratching the back of the front binding.
