In addition, a new handle since mine got lost in the move to the new house, new rope and a new boat (to me) once my wife gets settled into real estate in our new area! They seem to thank the application will be approved. If I start construction my hobby/toy budget will be nonexistent for a while. 32'x32' with a 16' gangway and covered by a sundeck.
