Baller_ lpskier Posted February 13, 2017 Baller_ Share Posted February 13, 2017 The camera clamp on my Wakeye seems to be a little loose on its base. Not the clamp itself and not the up/down tilt adjustment where the clamp attaches to the base, but rather the base itself. There is no one adjustment that seems like the logical fix, like a vertical tightening bolt on the bottom facing up that would pull the base together to tighten it all up. There are four horizontal set screws, two in the black top and two in the silver bottom. The set screws seem tight and I am a bit worried about stripping something while I experiment. Has anyone run across this issue and fixed it without breaking something else in the process? Lpskier
Baller Jibbo Posted February 13, 2017 Baller Share Posted February 13, 2017 @ipskier The latest Wakeye pivot now has a screw at the bottom of the base to adjust the friction of the base. Contact Wakeye directly and they will sort the issue out for you.
