Slowing down to start the year, ? new, wider ski?

I posted some horrible video last year of me rounding 5 ball in the mini-course, 30 mph, my best run to date. I received a few comments on slowing the boat down to increase my success. This year I plan to start out at either 26 or 28mph. I currently weight 225 but will be 210 by ski season. I'm on a 68" 2016 Alloy Vapor. Is my big butt going to sink on this ski at 26mph? I've got a 67" P-6 in the closet, would that be better? If not, I'm considering a used 69 inch Theory or P-6.

Advice please
