Baller oldjeep Posted June 28, 2017 Baller Share Posted June 28, 2017 No association with them but saw it on the news waterski-trailer-stolen-from-adaptive-athletes ROSEVILLE, Minn. - People living with disabilities have plenty of challenges to deal with, even before no-goodniks elbow their way into the picture. The adaptive water skiing team from Courage Kenny finds itself coping with the aftermath of a thoughtless act, after their equipment trailer was stolen over the weekend. Program manager Eric Larson says the trailer was parked near Lake Owasso in Roseville, where team members do much of their skiing. Although he's not exactly sure of the time the trailer and equipment were pilfered, the trailer was last seen Friday and it appears it happened sometime Saturday or Sunday. An adaptive water skiing event scheduled for tonight has been canceled, and one set for Medicine Lake in Plymouth July 10 is in Jeopardy. Larson says the theft impacts 40 skiers and more than 30 people who volunteer with the program. He estimates the loss at between $15,000 and $20,000. The trailer is described as an enclosed white utility trailer with blue fenders, one of them bent. If you know the whereabouts of the Courage Kenny water skiing trailer or the identity of those behind the theft, Roseville Police want to hear from you. Baller LeonL Posted June 28, 2017 Baller Share Posted June 28, 2017 Thieves, got no patience for 'em. People work hard for what they have, and some lowlife who won't work takes it.
Baller oldjeep Posted June 28, 2017 Author Baller Share Posted June 28, 2017 Chances are good that they just wanted the trailer, hopefully they dump all the expensive adaptive ski stuff somewhere that it'll be found.
