Snow Skiing Park City cross trainnng

Headed out to Park City first time. Trying to decide if I should stay at the Canyons or in town Park City. Not sure of advantages and disadvantages.

Advantage to PC is that you're close to a wider variety of dining, etc.

Stay in Park City, better dining, entertainment options. Can take the town lift right off Main Street to go skiing. They also have an excellent gym, Silver Mountain Sports.

I’ll offer a differing view - though I’m partial as I have a timeshare at Canyons - staying at Canyons gets you away from the through-fair of the town and is very close to where you will get groceries, supplies, etc. Canyons is also a great place to stay (Westgate resort). No matter what you do you can’t go wrong. We love PC, headed out there in March next year.

I say PC. It is all pretty close. I like the town feel.
