Baller seveet Posted October 31, 2017 Baller Share Posted October 31, 2017 I am looking at a job near Lake James. Just wondering what the opinions are of the lake. The good, the bad, and the ugly. John Brooks Posted November 1, 2017 Share Posted November 1, 2017 Beautiful lake, right at the base of the mountains, beautiful views and on the Catawba River chain (man made lake for power company). If you are interested in skiing a course, probably not the right place, although a couple of options not too far away (Hickory closest option).
