Pilots have a saying "it always flies to the mechanic, but the flight after maintenance is the risky one". You can overdo taking care of your boat.

@2valve good outcome, I did that once on a Benz 560SL but that took me far longer to figure out because it wasn't running before the ignition work at all.

 

@tdusin what does that run you? The pick up us just a few bucks and there's not so many parts in there. Any idea why the PCM part is dying on you? Heat or?
