mkerzie
Does anyone have any experience converting a 2-point stern cable lift to a single point? The Nautique 200 has a single lifting ring in the stern and the boat house that I am using is a 2-point for the stern. Any help and or info would be greatly appreciated. Baller skiinxs Posted June 13, 2018 Baller Share Posted June 13, 2018 Is it an ace lift with a y-cable coming down from the central pipe or are there pulleys making two cables go out from the pipe then straight down? If it has a central pipe, you could remove one of the cables, not use the pulleys and simply lift from the pipe as in the bow.
Baller georgea0731 Posted July 9, 2018 Baller Share Posted July 9, 2018 sorry for the addition question, but I'm on my 2nd season with a 4 point cable lift, center pipe and it makes a screaming noise when it's going up and down part of the time. What can I do to get rid of the loud noise. Everything was new last year during construction. email: amonette516@comcast.net, TIA George A. Amonette 78 Water Oak Ln. Baller liquid d Posted July 9, 2018 Baller Share Posted July 9, 2018 Grease gun with the right fittings, and grease away! PS...the noise will only get worse.
