2010 200 steering cable replacement help

I’m looking for some tips on how to replace steering cable on my 200. I’ve never done one on this boat and am unsure on whether the gas tank has to come out or how the rear floor panel comes free. If the tank has to come out, how do the brackets release? There just isn’t quite enough room to access rudder bolt. Any advice is appreciated.

Forget it. Figured it out. For the next guy, remove engine cover and base. Then pull hard on back panel near engine. Super snug fit but will come out. No screws just pull. Thx
