Baller Stefan Posted May 6, 2020 Baller Share Posted May 6, 2020 Hi guys, need advice. On our club boat in Sweden, a Response from 2009 with Indmar 5,7l 330hp, we have upgraded ZO to Rev S with single puck over the winter. Pull is very nice at 36 and 34Mph but at slower speeds it doesn't work at all. The slower the speed, the worse it works. It surges up and down with our light youth skiers that ski at slower speeds. At the moment we hand drive anything under 32mph due to this problem. Does anyone have a hint on what to do?
Baller Stefan Posted May 6, 2020 Author Baller Share Posted May 6, 2020 I also mailed above to ZO and just got this answer; "Sorry to hear your having problem after your upgrade, below are a few things to check/observe. How is the head and single ECI GPS puck mounted, are they secure? They must stay secured to the boat and not move around during operation. Are you seeing engine RPM at all times and during this issue or is it dropping out? It will follow the engine RPM but you should never loose it. Also in the diagnostic menu do you have any faults, if so can you send a picture of that screen?" The puck is secure, we will check the RPM question and diagnostic menu next time we are at the boat. If anyone has any input on above issue, please comment.
