Administrators Horton Posted September 22, 2020 Administrators Share Posted September 22, 2020 My russian orthopod thinks I have tricep tendon issues from hanging on to buckets* of slack. I guess it makes sense but I have never heard of it before. If an actual orthopod baller thinks this does not make sense please contact me. Baller Vernon Reeve Posted September 25, 2020 Baller Share Posted September 25, 2020 Mine is usually caused from not letting my arms go straight while crossing the wakes. The pain is a reminder to not pull with a slight bend in my elbows, but to instead relax and lean away.
Baller DaveD Posted October 2, 2020 Baller Share Posted October 2, 2020 @jetpilotg4 I had PRP for golfer's elbow. It didn't help. PRP is supposed to bring more oxygen to the injured area to speed healing. Great concept except the key to healing tendinitis is to eliminate the swelling in the injured area. PRP is just adding swelling into the injured area.
