He was 92, I didn’t know Billy back when he was still involved with skiing but I am sure some of you did! I did enjoy getting to know him over the last several years and he was a true Southern Gentleman! Cedar Ridge neighbors hosted a surprise 90th birthday party for him and he said out of all his awards during his skiing and driving days it was his favorite!
