Baller phntmski Posted March 31, 2021 Baller Share Posted March 31, 2021 I’m a -28/32 skier. At 60 I’m getting a little impatient to get better faster. I’ve dabbled with videoing sets with a camera mounted with a stationary mount on the windshield. Now I’m thinking about buying a ski doc pylon mount because the wide angle required for the windshield mount makes the skier appear in another zip code. I wonder if the orbit is worth the extra $90 and if so why. Is it smoother? More functional? Also wondering if the money would be better spent on lessons from a good coach. Planning to do that at least once this year, maybe twice. Unfortunately I’m on limited funds and I already bought a new ski this year.
